Approach
ImageWork is an early practitioner of 'Design Sprints' pioneered by Google Product Teams. It is a unique constraints-driven approach that accelerates a team's understanding of the user behavior and results in actionable solutions and insights. Regardless of what the over-arching project methodology is (Agile-Scrum, Agile-Kanban or Waterfall), design sprints help us learn fast and learn often.
Design Sprint
-
UnderstandPhase 1: Understand
Break down the design problem through research and competitive review.
-

Choose the best ideas and come up with a user story.
-
